Smart Guns: How smart are they?

According to Wikipedia, “the Smart Gun or “Personalized Gun” is a concept gun that aims to reduce the misuse of guns by children/felons through the use of embedded “smart” chips.” In other words a personalized gun, specifically a handgun, would recognize the authorized user alone….in theory. The “smart” gun would then only fire for the one that it is programmed to recognize…in theory. Simply said, you will find that those who promote the “Smart Gun” are those who utilize children and or criminals/felons to legitimize or justify their more intense anti-gun agenda. Full Story
