BPD siezes drugs, weapons, and stolen property

Sunday Bakersfield Police narcotics detectives arrested Eric Wandick (41), of Bakersfield, at an apartment in the 1600 block of Terrace Way in connection with an investigation into the distribution of methamphetamine.



Detectives executed a search warrant at the home of Wandick. As a result of the search detectives recovered 313 grams of methamphetamine (street value
$31,000), 1 oz of high grade marijuana, 3 firearms (2 .357 caliber handguns and a .44 caliber handgun). Stolen property from 2 residential burglaries and 1
vehicle burglary was also recovered.
Wandick was booked into the Kern County Jail on narcotics, weapons, and stolen property charges.
